Started as a interest, Ashwini a keen student, over a period of time have developed the cooking classes of various cuisines with the authentic, and her own receipies.  Always working on new recipes, she has developed various courses through continuous experimentation &updating which imparted a unique &creative touch to her recipes.

M writing ths note to share my experience with RUCHIRA cooking class which was conducted by Mrs Ashwini Vaidya at Thane ad now with it's new name as PAKSAMPADA in Pune. Freinds,I hv attended all her 50 class in Thane travelling all the way from South Mumbai only because in not a single class I felt that it was not worth the money ad time I hv spend. In fact today I feel it was one of the best investment. Her politeness,experience ad her detail way of teaching a receipe vl surely charm you as it did on me. सौ आश्र्वीनी वैद्य मँडम 🙏🙏 तुमच्या कडुन मी दीवाळी फराळ दोन्ही भाग शिकले तुम्ही खुप मन लावुन शिकवतात ही तुमच्या आगांत खुप मोठी कला आहे मी तुमच्याकडुन शिकल्यामुळे मी माझा व्यवसाय चालु केला मला कुठेही आडले नाही उलट मला दरवर्षी आँडर वाढत गेल्या हे सर्व त्यांच्या मुळे झाले पदार्थ शिकवत असताना प्रमाण कसे घ्यायचे त्या सहजपणे सांगत एखाद्या पदार्थ कठीण वाटायचा शिकतांना तरि त्या सोपा करुन सांगत ते पण प्रमाणात एखाद्या पदार्थ चुकला तर कसा निट करावा हे खुप समजुन सांगत अशा टिप्स पण देत होत्या अन्नपूर्णा चे काम मनापासून करत म्हणून आम्ही मनापासून पदार्थ बनवतो जे पण लोक माझे पदार्थ विकत घेतात ते माझे कौतुक करतात पण माझ्या या यशात तुमचा सिंहाचा वाटा आहे अशेच नवनवीन पदार्थ करत राहा शिकवत राहा तुम्हाला माझ्याकडून शुभेच्छा 🙏🙏
